'De grote ogen'
Exhibition Design;
The display of the soft toned work by Dutch painter Kees van Dongen (1877-1968) requires some intimacy. That is why for the exhibition 'All Eyes on Kees van Dongen' in Museum Boymans Van Beuningen (September 2010 - January 2011) the display panels were covered with cloth in different, carefully chosen colours. Skew placed panels in the corners reduced the sharpness of the rooms even more. The exhibition drew over 205.000 visitors.
