'Going Dutch'
Signage system for exhibtion;
When asked by Cincinnati Art Museum's director Aaron Betsky to create an ambiance for a small exhibition on Droog Design, Thonik took inspiration from the architecture of the exhibition space. The shape of the arched entrances was used in the wall texts to simulate an arcade. Apart from the introductory text in black, the other texts - all quotes from individual designers - were set in grey, with keywords in blue standing out like hyperlinks.
